Project description

Spray Coat Sports Flooring System

Area: 1,100 m²

The sports track was constructed using a specialized "Spray Coat Sports Flooring System" utilizing Greek-made KDF materials, resulting in a uniform, resilient sports surface suitable for athletic use.

Work began with the preparation and leveling of the base layer, including grade adjustment and surface conditioning to receive the sports flooring system.

Next, a primer layer was applied to condition and bond the surface, ensuring proper adhesion for the subsequent layers.

This was followed by the installation of a 2 cm thick SBR rubber and binder layer to form the track's resilient rubber base, providing flexibility, shock absorption, and durability for athletic activity.

A pore sealer layer was then applied to treat and seal the rubber surface's pores, leveling and preparing it for the final coats.

In the final stage, the spray coat layers were applied to achieve a uniform, resilient, and durable sports surface, concluding with finishing works and the marking of the track.

Kids' Area and Artificial Landscape

Area: 2,500 m²

The project involved developing and equipping a 2,500 m² area comprising a kids' zone and artificial landscaping. This included site preparation and grading to align with the design and intended use of the space.

Work began with site grading and preparation using "Halwani" sand to achieve the required elevations and establish a suitable base for the landscaping.

Subsequently, the artificial landscape (artificial grass) was installed; this involved carefully adjusting the surfacing levels and executing finishing works to ensure a high-quality, uniform appearance.

The kids' area was also developed to create a seamless integration between the recreational zones and the landscaping, while ensuring ease of movement and optimal use of the space.
